Submit Event

You may submit an event listing with the following form. Note that event listings will be posted following APPROVAL by the administrator. These show listings are updated every issue (every other week)

Alternately, you may mail, fax or e-mail your information to Trajan Publishing (S&B), 202-103 Lakeshore Rd., St. Catharines, ON, L2N 2T6, fax (905) 646-0995, e-mail bret@trajan.com.

Two show dates per year will be listed for free and subsequent show dates will cost $15 per listing. Check advertising deadline dates and submit early.


Each event must be submitted separately, even if only the show date or location changes. After submitting an event, there is a way to DUPLICATE your listing with different show dates. You may also try hitting the Back button on your browser, which may return you to this form with your previously entered information. Then, simply make the desired changes and submit again.

Fields with a * are manditory. If the field does not apply to your event, put a space in the field to avoid an error message.

Canada Post and the Stakeholders in Philately are offering posters you can use to promote your show. The posters are printed in English on one side and French on the other, with room for your local contact information. Send some posters with your copies:
